On Track Training Australia Drink & Drug Drive Programs
Thank you for choosing On Track Training Australia (“OTTA”) also known as FC Training and Consultancy Pty Ltd as your VicRoads and Mental Health First Aid program provider. OTTA is dedicated to providing you with high-quality program delivery. Please review the following terms and conditions, which are designed to ensure a smooth and positive experience throughout the programs.
Program Participation
By enrolling in our programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These guidelines ensure a respectful and productive environment for all participants.
Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your place in one of our courses.
- VicRoads programs includes the VicRoads administration charge of $67 or $34 (for concession holders).
- Payments can be made via credit card, direct deposit, or other approved methods as specified at the time of booking.
- Failure to pay the program fee before the program start date may result in the cancellation of your booking.
Refunds Policy
OTTA has a NO REFUND policy on the program costs
A refund of the VicRoads administration fee of either ($34 or $67) will be issued under the below circumstances:
- OTTA fails to provide the program at the time agreed or booked by the participant and/or
- An alternative program date is unable to be offered.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: OTTA must be provided with 5 days written notice of cancellation by emailing bo******@*****************om.au before the commencement of the first program date. Participants are eligible for a transfer to another program, subject to availability, at a cost of $175. Participants are allowed to transfer their booking a maximum of two times. After two transfers, the participant will be required to rebook and pay the full program fee.
Missed sessions: In the event of a missed session, participants who provide a medical certificate to bo******@*****************om.au within 24 hours of the missed session date will be eligible for a transfer to another program and will incur the $175 transfer fee. Failure to submit a medical certificate will result in forfeiting all fees and will require booking into another program and full payment. Missing the first session of the program will result in exclusion from the program, and the participant will need to rebook into a future program.
Removal from program: If a participant is removed from the program for violating conduct guidelines, they will not be eligible for a refund and may be refused entry into another program.
Program Requirements
Alcohol and other drugs: Attendance while under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. If the facilitator suspects you are under the influence, you will be asked to leave and reschedule the session. Possession or sale of illicit substances will result in immediate removal from the program and notification to the authorities.
Lateness: Late arrivals may disrupt the session and may not be allowed to enter. To ensure the smooth flow of the program, please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. If you are late, you will need to rebook at your own expense.
Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. Disruptive behaviour or attending under the influence of alcohol or drugs will result in removal from the session without a refund.
Refusal to leave: Participants who refuse to leave when asked due to misconduct or intoxication will be excluded from the program and will not be eligible for a refund or transfer to another session.
Certificates of Completion
Certificates of completion will only be issued once all components of a program are completed, and all fees have been paid in full. A $30 administration fee applies in the event of a participant requesting a duplicate copy of their certificate.
Complaints Procedure
OTTA values your feedback and strives to provide the highest quality of service. If you are not fully satisfied with any aspect of the program, please follow the steps below:
1. Request a Complaints Management and Resolution Form from your program facilitator or complete the online feedback form below.
2. OTTA will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 3 working days and aim to completely resolve the issue within 14 days.
3. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may request a further review by OTTA management or an independent external party.
